Indian Chief - The real Bobber
Further custom parts for Indian Chief bikes | Conversion 'The real Bobber'
Here's another way to customize your Indian Chief in a cool way ...
The front
To make the front even more compact, riser lower parts were designed to position the handlebar significantly lower. This also moves the speedometer closer to the triple clamp and thereby, the large gap with the cables hanging around gets closed. This - in combination with the other accessories - means that the handlebar area looks like a self-contained unit. The scope of delivery also includes a cover to mount between the risers in order to conceal the exposed cables, elegantly. Fancy mirrors, levers and grips are of course also available. Also clamps with which downward-facing accessory mirrors can be mounted. A replacement cover for the brake fitting, covers for the side reflectors and plain LED mini turn signals round off the front. As an alternative to the front turn signals, there are covers for the fork tubes that also include an LED indicator. For the frame triangle at the steering head, there is now a precisely fitting cover that conceals the openly routed cables from both sides. The newly developed cover for the engine deserves special mention. On the one hand, the cover is intended to visually enhance the front area of the engine. On the other hand, it is intended to protect sensitive areas.
Foot area
Furthermore, the cover of the foot brake cylinder finds a shapely replacement in a matching design to the cover of the front brake fitting. Chic replacement pedals were made for the shift and brake levers. But for those who wish more legroom, a chic forward foot control is now available, too.
The rear
The highlight of the extended product portfolio is the rear conversion in a kit through which the motorcycle gets a real Bobber style. The set includes an accessory fender, struts with integrated LED turn signals and taillights as well as a bobber seat. The seat is adjustable and offers more seating comfort due to its shape and position. Moreover, a matching front fender was designed as a supplement so that rear and front visually suit well.
If you don't want a complete rear conversion, you can use a rear reflector that has been adapted to the shape of the original rear fender and thus fits beautifully into the rounded shape. In addition, there is also a turn signal/tail light combination or the latter is already integrated if you decide for a side number plate holder. And so that the inexpensive belt cover also has a high-quality variant for replacement, a new part was developed for it that can be easily exchanged for the original.
Enjoy!
