With this conversion kit you give your Harley-Davidson Softail a cool and modern Bobber look. For all parts we use only the highest quality materials. The corresponding bobber seat is also adjustable in the distance to the tank. Thus, the conversion also takes into account requirements for perfect ergonomics.
Details:
The shape and position of the seat allow for a very relaxed riding style
The seat height is approx. 71 cm
The position of the seat can be adjusted backwards by approx. 40 mm
The rear fender is attached to existing mounting points on the lower beam and in the upper area of the rear swing arm. It is not necessary to drill any holes in the frame or swing arm.
The cables for the turn signals/tail lights are routed invisibly down to the swing arm in the support struts.
The support struts are attached to the upper links of the swing arm. The contour of the clamps matches the contour of the tube, which is additionally protected from damage by rubber inserts.
Only in conjunction with a side license plate holder, ideally the one from WUNDERKIND-Custom.
Included in delivery:
3-piece frame cover made of sheet steel, coated with black fine-textured plastic
Right and left side covers to fill the frame cutout created by the removal of the fender struts.
Solid seat bracket, milled from high-strength aluminum, black anodized
Forged seat plate, black coated
Black comfort seat with diamond quilting and 3D mesh insert, seat width approx. 26 cm
CNC-milled “WUNDERKIND-Custom” emblem for the seat
Unpainted rear fender made of sturdy sheet steel, including mounting hardware.
Upper and lower brackets for secure attachment of the fender to the swing arm, black plastic-coated.
2 three-dimensional molded support struts with milled clamps to support the fender on the rear swing arm, glossy black plastic coated.
3D-milled housing for mounting the lights at the ends of the support struts with integrated LED turn signals and rear lights (3-in-1 function).

Due to the special nature of modern Can-Bus systems, we recommend that the parts are installed in a specialist workshop. Parts are only suitable for models produced for the European market. Not suitable for US models!
Attention! It is not necessary to drill into load-bearing parts such as the frame or swing arm during this conversion. This means that the conversion itself is completely reversible.
